Sleep and CBN
Did you get enough sleep last night? This year, try combating your Monday sleepiness with CBN-enhanced products. CBN is short for cannabinol, a compound related to more-familiar cannabis-exclusive compounds like THC and CBD. Many who use CBN along with THC report deep relaxation which may be a result of the “entourage theory” of cannabinoid effects. This theory is further discussed here.
For decades, a significant amount of Americans report that they don't get enough sleep, defined as seven or more hours per day. A particular date on the calendar where more of us feel sleep-deprived than any other date is the first Monday after clocks "spring forward" to Daylight Saving Time. In fact, research suggests that the Monday after switching to Daylight Saving Time is significantly more dangerous on the roads and at work, largely due to inattentiveness brought on by mild sleep deprivation.
So whether you’re dreading the thought of dealing with the time change, or simply looking to reset your sleep cycle at any time of the year, be sure to check out CBN enhanced products at your local dispensary.
